Blurb

Haunted by a photographic memory, I couldn’t escape the worst night of my life.
The blood they shed.
The pain they endured.
The evil that still walked free.
It was all I saw. Those memories, my childhood—the images.

Silenced and scarred.

But nothing lasts forever.
Torment turned to blinding rage. Hate sought revenge, which pursued death.
Then there was life.
The moon.

Nikki's 5 Star Review
Wow Leddy Harper has definitely given us a page turner with this book I can't described all the feels you'll get as you get to know Killian and Rylee. Leddy Harper as a fabulous writing style, she makes it so easy to fall in love with her stories and the amazing characters she creates.

At the tender age of just eight Killian goes through something no child should ever have to witness when he loses both his parents and suffers from terrible injuries himself. His fear of what he saw and what was said to him on the fateful evening has forced him into a world of silence.
A couple of years later he meets Rylee she's his neighbour and a little younger than him but they immediately form a tight bond could she finally be the one to break him out of his silence and will Killian's need for revenge tear them apart before they even get a chance to begin?

This isn't my first Leddy Harper book but it's definitely my favourite so far and one I would definitely highly recommend.

Author Bio

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped.

She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters.

She is now a mother of three girls, leaving her husband as the only man in a house full of females.

The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. Most importantly Leddy wanted to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.
