Nikki's 3.5 Star Review
This was my first read by Megs Pritchard. I'm a big fan of M/M reads and the blurb of this book grabbed me immediately. It was well written and really emotional to read at times, the only downside was I would have liked a little more to the ending it just felt like it ended a little abruptly, like the story wasn't quite finished.
Zach has had an uphill struggle to find employment but finally his luck changes and he finds himself a job in a call centre but when he has a run in on his first day with manager John he thinks his new career could be over before its even begun. When Zach then suddenly finds himself as sole carer for his 2 young nephews after his sisters death he finds help from the most unlikely source after a late night phone call. Could this be the start of something for Zach and John or will John walk away when Zach needs him the most?
A lover of M/M and M/F romances she believes everyone deserves to be happy, healthy and loved.
Growing up in a military family, Megs has traveled Europe and has a great deal of respect and gratitude for all the men and women who have and who still serve. Her dream job was to be a Bomb Disposal Expert and even had her own ‘kit’ when she was younger.
She is currently working on her first full length series called Second Chances.
