Synopsis

This is the second book I have read that's been written by Annie Hughes and the second one that's left me desperately needing more.
Annie gives us these characters that are a little bit broken but have strong personalities and you cant help but be pulled into their stories.
Hallie Clarke didn't have the best experience in High School she had to live with other students spreading rumours about her and generally making her life hell she eventually built up walls and she's determined to never get close enough to anyone to enable them to break them down. She's now off to University hoping this will be a new start for her.
No sooner is she there then she meets her new neighbour, hot and sexy Nate Harris she tries to stay away from him but eventually he starts to break down her walls but when old rumours come back to haunt her is their relationship strong enough to weather the storm.

leaving the house without a notebook. As a corporate stooge and
single mother, she spends all of her free time reading, writing and
