When Maisie is forced to spend the summer in Copper Ridge its the last place she wants to be. Her mother is a gold digger and has found her next victim. Then she meets her "new family" and one of them catches her eye.Garrett is a cowboy and trying to get his family ranch back to what it used to that means he isn't always on the right side of the law. He may not be estatic about his father remarrying but when he meets Maisie there's just something about her.
There's a 14 year age gap and he believes she's far too innocent for the life he leads so he keeps her at arms length, but will he push her away once to often.
I'm a new reader to Emma Creed but I loved Off Limits and I cannot wait for the next part of Maisie and Garrett's story.
