A sexy-sweet standalone guaranteed to melt your heart
What’s next? That’s what pro hockey player Frank is coming home to figure out. He’s not the same brash kid he was when he left. He’s older, more experienced…and looking to settle down after bouncing from team to team for years. He’s ready for a change, including a secret passionate affair with the younger woman who takes care of his grandmother.
Single-mom Amethyst works long hours to make a better life for her and her son. A romantic relationship ranks low on her list of priorities, somewhere between her college classwork and her two jobs. But when her employer’s hot grandson arrives in the middle of the night, she’s not prepared for the immediate attraction that sparks between them. Like the cinnamon rolls she bakes, Frank is sweet with just the right amount of spice, and she can’t stop with one taste.
But will the game Frank loves lure him back to life on the road? Or will this newfound passion and instant family give him the roots he craves?
