Wow what an absolute rollercoaster of a ride Alluring Abyss was PTSD is definitely no joke!

Ominous is a strong guy who is struggling with some demons and unfortunately he's pushing a lot of people away in life especially Scarlet and no matter how much he pushes her away she's determined to pull him back him and show him she'll always be there! But he believes that her being around him will put her in danger and unfortunately his worst nightmare becomes true.

The best and saddest thing for me is the promise he made to his dying best friend which was to look out for his daughter and his wife and he's absolutely determined to uphold that promise when danger is on their heels he brings Charli, Oaklyn and Scarlet to the compound but can he expel the threat.

A great powerful, bloody and captivating read. I got a lump in my throat several times during this book! K.E Osborn is a fantastic writer. I'm sad to see the Royal Bastard series end.
