The aftermath of book one is a fantastic start to Devil You Know and as we know Nicolo sold Celia to the highest bidder and despite wanting to make her and her family suffer, we find that Nic is suffering more with the idea that someone will own what belongs to him.
Finding Celia missing when it's time to had her over to the buyer he's shocked to find her missing even with the highest security and now his rage is at booling point and whatever the circumstances someone will suffer at his hands.
Lies, deceit and betrayal are all poignant in this Duet but it's a fantastic, sexy, ruthless and captivating storyline. J.L Beck and C. Hallman are fantastic authors I've really enjoyed these books.
**Unfortunately my ARC copy decided to disappear off my kindle so at the moment it is a partial review I'm gutted I don't know how it ending but I will definitely catch up with the duet shortly and re-edit my review**
