I totally lost myself in this book. It was a heartbreaking but bittersweet story.For Liberty everyone she has ever been close to has left and she doesn't open her heart easily. She has a new job and Alexander Caldwell's secretary and to begin with she thinks he's an arrogant jerk but when tragedy strikes she starts to see him in a whole new light.
Alexander has a past with Liberty and her family even if Liberty may not know that yet. He's a guy that always gets what he wants and is willing to play dirty to get it. As secrets and lies start to unravel where will it leave Liberty, Alexander and their relationship?
This is my first read by Eva Winners but it definitely will not be my last.
