What can I say about this book other than it's dark, heartbreakingly raw and Mae and Tobias consumed my head, my heart and my soul throughout. Tobias is utterly broken and when journalist Mae appears in his life to do a no holds barred story on his band she becomes everything he never knew he wanted or needed.
There is definitely no love lost between these two to begin with but as the story progresses that soon changes. Mae has so much riding on this story that she's determined nothing will make her walk away no matter how hard Tobias pushes her.
Lee Piper sensitively deals with mental health issues in Bad for Me and it's a story that totally broke my heart but it also healed it. I cannot recommend this book enough.
