Saylor has lost her husband leaving her to look after their three year old son Knox. When she decides she needs a fresh start she moves to Maplefalls to live with her brother Easton.
Jase is Easton's best friend and has suffered his own loss. When Jase and Saylor become re-aquainted sparks soon start to fly but is it much too soon for Saylor to even think about moving on or will Jase be the one to break down her walls and show her that love can still exist.
A tearjerker of a story but one I would highly recommend!!
