Oh my heart how my heart breaks for the little boy inside Lucas, haunted from past traumas he hides behind his player facade and humour but he can only do one-night before he's running away but when he meets Paisley she hits differently there's something alluring about her to him but one night with him then he ghosts her.

Paisley is a string woman who likes her lifestyle and sex with no commitments but for some reason she's hurt but it's unavoidable to not see each other when both their best friends are dating.

A great sexy, dark secret baby romance Paisley and Lucas have so much to work through but will they make it!

I loved the depth of this book by K.E Osborn and book two in the Revel Rose Billionaires Series.

So I have really mixed emotions about this story. Whilst I enjoyed some aspects of it, some of it also made me wanna scream and shout.

Lucas has gone through such a traumatic experience as a child that has never really been dealt with. He's now an adult and when he meets Paisley there's something about her that makes him want to try and get better and hopefully have a proper relationship with her.

It's definitely not going to be easy for either of them are they both strong enough to maintaine what they are hoping to build.

Overall, an enjoyable story but I just felt there was so much more to know about the other characters not just Lucas. I also couldn't get on board with Lucas' best friend Nash he comes across as been against Lucas at every turn. I haven't read Nash and Brianna's story which is book one in this series, but I will be going back and reading it, it may give me a better insight into him.
