What a brilliant start to this new series from Layla Hagen, I can tell I'm going to thoroughly enjoy the Maxwell family. In this book we meet Tate and Lexi.
Tate runs the family's winery he's also a single dad to nine year old Paisley. His marriage to Paisley's mum wasn't the greatest and its left him feeling that relationships just aren't for him.
Lexi is an elementary school teacher and during the summer break she needs a job to help her parents with medical bills so she takes a position as Paisley's nanny.
The heat soon rises in the Maxwell household, could Lexi be the one to break down Tate's walls and could they both have found their forever.
A really well written sweet and sexy story and I cannot wait for more from the Maxwells.
