Pieces Of You is book one in the Pieces Duet and Jay McClean wrote an outstanding storyline that left my emotions in tatters.
Holden was always going to be a strong character and I never thought he and Jamie would connect at all it was very angsty to begin with and Jamie seemed completely misplaced but the came together perfectly, yes they have moments when you feel one stepped over the boundary but they made it the emotions and the heartbreak work together.
It is left on a cliffhanger where my heart craves to know what happens next but also can my heart take anymore with this Duet!
Jay McClean really can write some powerful, heartbreaking and beautifully damaged storylines. I definitely feel like all my emotions have took a beating with this book.
