Ok... that ending blew me away and was the last thing I ever expected!
Laces is a great first book in the Boys of Hawthorne Asylum Series I enjoy the deliciousness of Laces who naturally gives off weird vibes and draws creepy sketches but he runs the asylum and all the crazy that comes with the situation and when newbie Gambrielle arrives at the asylum he's instantly drawn to her until she becomes a distraction he doesn't need.
Gambrielle is down in her luck and also fighting for justice I don't think she'll ever get from her evil step-father.
I loved the characters the power-play of this dark and devious bully romance, I can't wait for more of Laces' and his crew and what will become of Gambrielle's fate.
I can't wait for book two by the lovely Tempi Lark who is a new author to me.
