I loved how powerful and heartwarming this book is and when August is released from prison he has one friend to help him with outside life, he's naturally a loner and wants to keep out of prison.
I loved Rylee she's had a rough ride with her ex-boyfriend Anderson and he's forever lurking in the background but when she sees a lone man sat at a bar she feels an instant pull towards him but August is closed off until he realises its 'Rich Girl' from high school and she makes it her business to be in August's business despite him refusing her friendship. August is attracted to Rylee he just doesn't know what to do with love and feelings and he knows he'll forever be in danger.
A truly gritty, sexy and dangerous story that leaves you craving for August and Rylee's happily ever after but with the cliff hanger
T.L Smith left the book on I'm not sure what their future holds.
But damn this is a must-read for anyone craving a bad boy.
