This book is pretty savage read that pulls you in from the first few pages with Yuri having a horrible childhood and having no choice but to join the Russian Mafia or carry on living on the streets but he realises eventually there's no goodness with the Mafia.

Melissa is an FBI agent who investigate gangs and Mafia's a one-hour stand with Yuri leads to lots of mixed emotions between them both.

They both hold hope that they can make a relationship and a future together despite their backgrounds, there are so many twists and turns to this story, it has a dark feel to it and also pretty fast paced! Expect to have your heartstrings pulled because it can be dark but that's what makes Yuri and Melissa's relationship special.

About the Author: V.F.Mason always loved reading books and had quite a few fights with her momma over the genre she liked (romance, duh!) She studied filmmaking and thought that would feed her desire for stories, but that didn’t happen. Finally, when she was tired of all those voices in her head, she sat down and wrote a book. It was a huge decision to make and she thanks her friends and family for supporting her in it. When she is not writing, she can be found with her friends doing all sorts of crazy things or reading recent romance books that were written by her favorite authors.
