How's the saying go never trust a con-man and Lucas knows he's not to be trusted even with his soon-to-be Prince status, he lies, he cheats and steals to survive but now he doesn't need to until his past comes back to haunt him, but he needs to also show his loyalty to his brother and the King and when he asks Lucas for a favour he can't seem to say no especially when it involves a hot chick who's needs protection he knows he's been screwed over in more ways than one.

Bryna wants to lead her own life away from her controlling parents and arranged marriages, she can't seem to do anything right in their lives unless it goes their way so when she decides to break-free from them and move to New York she thinks she's finally free but her plans go up in the air and she has to put her faith in Lucas who offers her a place to stay, and keeo her parents out of reach, she's grateful but suspicious of Lucas' charisma.

Can they keep their hands to themselves or will they fall head over heels in love?

Can Lucas keep Bryna away from his past and stop her from being hurt?

A funny, great and dramatic read I really enjoyed it as I have all Nana Malone's books, Lucas and Bryna where such great characters from different upbringings.
