I started this book thinking I'm not sure if I could get into not really into the whole music romance books but this one literally rocked my world.
After a teenage romance with Dean and Kara and Dean promising it will always be a forever kind of love and to get them a better future away from the little town they live in, Dean goes on to bigger and better things and leaves Kara behind due to the demands of Hollywood gossip and the tabloid running false stories about Dean's promiscuous ways it leaves Kara feeling open and vulnerable, Dean works to try and win her back but Kara ignores his efforts to explain it's all fake and worse than it seems. And Kara moves on with her life and her career.
A few years later their reunited at their mutual friends wedding and Dean gives Kara an offer she can't refuse in the way of a fake engagement but will she accept this knowing Dean's a cheat but the financial gain woyld be a huge bonus, can she wing it without giving her heart away to her to the guy that ruined her trust in men.
Can they build a future or will they just go their separate ways. It's a great read with lots of sexy scenes and a totally hot guy the storyline is great, it's a book you really need to read and fall in love with.
