Katie McCoy is a new author to me and I thoroughly enjoyed this funny and flirty read. It had a great story line great characters and totally captivated me from the very first page.
Jax Hawthorn and Penny Pollack had met has kids both were from different sides of the tracks but they had this instant connection. Over the years they have lost contact but when Penny has a lucky escape from another disastrous date who should she bump into but the now famous movie star Jax.
Jax is up the role of a lifetime but he needs to overhaul his playboy image and what he needs is a fake girlfriend. Penny fits the bill perfectly but can they both keep to the contract or will their hearts get the better of them?
A great read from Katie McCoy and I'll definitely be going back and reading more from this author.
